The unobstructed mountain views and location are such an absolute joy! I love to see Mt Timpanogos out of my kitchen window. We added two covered gazebos outside that we enjoy many times of the year for either their shade or the fire pit in winter as grandchildren build snowmen. A huge tree shades the back garden and new play structure on summer afternoons and evenings when we gather in the gazebos. Owned before us by only one sweet family that built this home and raised their many children here. Renovated most things when we moved in. We had roofers tear off the roof and they did a completely new roof with a ten-year guarantee. New gutters. All new light fittings, new appliances, roof fans, completely new thick under felt and carpeting throughout, main bedroom flooring. The garage doors were replaced with attractive new insulated doors with little windows and the double garage and handy inside tool room have newly insulated walls and ceiling. We added electrical outlets. Great storage room in basement. We added a beautiful rock-look privacy wall on one side to frame the garden and landscaped and planted lots of perennial flowering shrubs that will bring more and more pleasure over the years. Already I can pick vases and vases of flowers to give away. All summer different lovely perennials pop up where you least expect them! Amazing neighborhood - many BYU professors choose to live here as it is very close to BYU and convenient to UVU too. Dearest and most interesting, most well-traveled and kind people you will find anywhere in the world are in this neighborhood! Extra driveway space.
